About RapidTools

RapidTools is a free PDF and image toolkit that runs entirely in your browser. There is no upload and no account. Your files never leave your device.

What RapidTools Is

RapidTools (rapidtools.online) is a free, browser-based collection of tools for working with PDFs and images, plus a set of free calculators. Every tool, including merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, redacting, watermarking, password-protecting, signing, and converting, runs on your own device using JavaScript. The files you open are processed on your device and are never sent to any server.

Why We Built It

Most free PDF tools online make you upload your document to their servers. For everyday files, that is usually fine. For anything sensitive, such as a T4 or W-2, a signed contract, medical records, an NDA, or immigration paperwork, uploading to an unknown service is a real privacy risk. RapidTools exists so you do not have to choose between free and private. You get both.

How RapidTools Is Different

• No upload, ever. All file processing happens in your browser. Once a tool page has loaded, it keeps working even if you lose your internet connection.
• No account required. No signup, no email, and no credit card.
• No watermarks on your files. Your files come out clean. We only add a watermark when you ask for one using the Watermark PDF tool.
• No file-size tricks. Big files work the same way as small ones, because your own device does the work.
• Free, with no paid tier. There is no premium plan.
• Works like an app. Add RapidTools to your phone or desktop home screen for one-tap access.

What RapidTools Collects

Nothing about your files. We show advertisements to keep the tools free, and we use standard analytics (Google Analytics and Ahrefs) to understand which pages are popular. This means some page-view and browsing data is collected. It does not identify you by name, and it never includes your files. Please see our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Lawyers and paralegals combining exhibits. Accountants merging T4s, W-2s, and receipts. Students putting homework into a single PDF. Families preparing IRCC or USCIS immigration packages.
